Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and 2888pak ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all aspects of your use of the 2888pak website, mobile application and any services offered through those channels.

By creating an account on 2888pak or by continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms, you are confirming your full and unconditional acceptance of everything set out here. These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, conditions or policies referenced within them — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus and promotion terms.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 2888pak you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your use of the platform:

Account Responsibilities

Once your account is registered, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, all games played, all deposits made and all withdrawals requested from your account, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally.

• You must keep your username, password and any security credentials confidential at all times. Do not share your login details with any other person.
• You are responsible for ensuring that no one else gains access to your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password.
• 2888pak will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication claiming to be from 2888pak that requests your password should be treated as suspicious and reported to our support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 2888pak are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied on our end. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals:

All payment sources used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Depositing from accounts belonging to another person is not permitted and will result in the deposit being returned and your account being reviewed.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. If you have not yet completed verification and you request a withdrawal, we may pause processing until verification is completed. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method — mobile wallet withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers. Deposits made to 2888pak that have not been used to place any bets may be subject to a review before withdrawal is approved, to prevent misuse of the payment system. 2888pak does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Bonuses & Promotions

2888pak offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer. These terms are displayed clearly at the point where the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the specific terms for that offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash. They must be used to place bets before any associated winnings can be converted to real money and withdrawn.
• Each bonus has a wagering requirement — this is the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before the bonus balance converts to real cash. The applicable wagering requirement is always stated in the bonus terms.
• Different game types may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, slot bets may contribute 100% while live casino or sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly.
• 2888pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. If a bonus is cancelled while a player is actively working through wagering requirements, any bonus balance at the time of cancellation will be removed but real money balances will not be affected.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

Betting Rules

The sports betting section of 2888pak covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. All bets placed on 2888pak are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules that may apply.

• A bet is confirmed only when you have received a confirmation notification from the platform. Bets that were not confirmed due to a technical issue, connectivity problem or odds change at the time of placement are not valid.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered on that bet and the player chooses to use it before settlement.
• Odds displayed are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that market, which may include voiding the bet and returning the stake.
• 2888pak reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error or pricing error on our part. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet and per market. These are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.
• Cricket betting at 2888pak covers all major formats including Test matches, ODIs, T20 internationals and PSL fixtures. Match-specific rules — including how weather interruptions, DLS method applications or no-results are handled — are detailed in the specific market rules available in the sports section.

Game Rules

All casino games, slot games, live casino tables and bingo rooms available on 2888pak are operated according to their individual game rules. These rules are accessible within each game. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before playing it with real money.

• The outcome of all games on 2888pak is determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by live dealing processes for live casino games. Results are independent, random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before it is completed, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. In most cases, interrupted rounds are completed automatically when connectivity is restored. Stakes from genuinely incomplete rounds that cannot be resolved will be returned.
• Each slot game displays its Return to Player (RTP) percentage. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee any specific result in any individual session.

Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error are not valid and will be reversed.

• Laundering money or using the platform to process funds connected to illegal activity. All deposits and withdrawals are monitored and may be reported to relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, or depositing funds on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.

• The 2888pak name, logo and brand elements may not be used in any context without our express written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2888pak's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real money deposited in your account during the thirty days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

• 2888pak is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
• We are not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of network connectivity issues on your side, device failures or interruptions to your internet service.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Suspension & Account Closure

2888pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required time frame.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity connected to the account.
• Account inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. We will attempt to contact you at your registered email address before taking any action on an inactive account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances that are not linked to any breach may be returned to the payment source used for the original deposit, subject to verification.
